How do I book my space on Tour?Your Tour leader will distribute a link on the 28th October, which will be for your club only! you can queue from 5pm, but bookings go live at 6pm! You will have a 10 minute window to make your booking. You can only book one space on Tour, so ensure your friends are prepared too!

Can we reserve places for our friends?Unfortunately not. Each person will need to buy their tickets before they sell out.

How quickly does Tour sell out?REAL FAST! Some weeks of Tour sell out in minutes, others take a while longer. It's always best to be safe to avoid disappointment

Will I be refunded if I cancel?You can cancel at any time, subject to our terms and conditions. The refunded amount will depend on how close it is to your Tour date, and whether a replacement is found for you.

How does the payment work? When do I pay my deposit & final payment?Bookings open on Oct 28th 2024, at 6pm, where you pay a deposit of £50 plus the full fee for any add-ons. Places usually sell out within hours so make sure you don't miss out. You'll then be able to make your final payment after the 30th of November. The final payment deadline is 17th January 2025. We will send around a final payment link

How do I change the name on my booking?You can log in to your kaboodle account and change the name of your booking, which will cost a £30 administrative charge. If you have any questions, please email deepdish@kaboodle.co.uk

Do I still need a ticket if I am the Tour Leader?Yes! You will need to book your spot on Tour and pay your deposit the same as everyone else - if enough people buy tickets for you to earn yourself a free Tour (woohooo) we will refund your deposit :)

Who should I talk to about a booking I have already made?If you have any questions about a booking that has already been made, please email deepdish@kaboodle.co.uk quoting your booking reference and letting us know what you would like to do! For anything else, chat to your Tour leader!

How does apartment allocation work?Tour leaders will be given the list of all people who have signed up using their link. The tour leader will be responsible for the rooming allocations of their club. In some, rare cases, you may be roomed with one or two people from a different club. This will always be in the same accommodation as the rest of your club. In this case, we will introduce you to them via email before your Tour begins so that you can hit it off!

Do we have to pay to hire equipment?You can hire equipment from us during the day of your camps for free! The only exception is renting Beach Tennis Paddles!

I need a Visa, how do I get my proof of activity?You need to pay in full and then log in to the kaboodle booking platform. you can then download your proof of activity from there. If you have any questions, please email deepdish@kaboodle.co.uk

Can I come if I have never played any of these sports before?Of course! All levels are welcome, and we get a lot of complete beginners!

If I come for my sport, can I play some of the other sports too?Yes! We've timetabled in some chances for you to play some of the other sports!

Do we have to organise our own food and drinks for tour?Yes all food and drink is up to you guys :)

How do I get my wristband and Tour goodies?Get over to the beach from 11am to 4pm on day 1 :) Can I collect my wristband if I get in after 4pm? You can collect your wristband at the beach, on the morning of day 2. To get into the first social, you will need to have a proof of ID and proof of ticket purchase. You will need a wristband on for all other activities!

What would a typical day look like & will I get time to chill?A normal day would look like: Early morning yoga, training, an afternoon tournament, Centre court exhibition matches and a night out! We do have a fairly busy timetable with loads that you can do, but everything on there is optional, so feel free to skip some of the activities to chill, nurse a hangover, rest your body, or go explore the city.

Do I need to pre-book for tournaments / coached sessions?Not at all! We will allocate your training groups based on the information that you provide us in your online check in, and you can register for tournaments on the day.

How warm will it be & what should I pack?The average weather in Portugal is around 18-20 degrees when we're out there! This is not an exhaustive list, but here are a few ideas of what to pack: Clothing and footwear: - Comfortable sports clothing - Flip-flops / Sliders / Crocs (on leisure mode of course!) - Clothing for socials and nights out! - Footwear for socials/nights out - Sweater or light jacket as it can get a bit chilly at night Sun Protection: - Hat - Sunscreen with high SPF - Sunglasses, Lip balm with sunblock Hydration Miscellaneous: - Beach blanket or towel - Toilettries, chargers... the classics

How do I check in to my accommodation?If you have booked accommodation with us, the reception staff will check you into accommodation from the check in times stated earlier! If you arrive before check in, you can drop your stuff at your accommodation’s luggage storage, and head over to the beach!

What isn’t included in the package?Transport and transfers Food and drink

Is there a separate price if people are coming just for the nights out/accommodation and are not taking part in the sport?Nope! The price is the same for everyone but all of the activities are optional (although we recommend getting stuck in as much as possible ;))

Where can I buy your clothing?You can select an add-on option with your package! We also have a shop out in Portugal!
