Receive your club's exclusive booking link from your Tour Leader

Queue opens at 5pm (first come first served) Oct 28th

Entries open at 6pm Oct 28th. You will have 10 minutes to secure your spot once through

Select your package, accom or non-accom, pay £50 deposit and buy any add ons
05.
Final payments due Jan 17th 2025
HOW TO BOOK IN LONG
01
Receive your unique booking link from your Tour Leader
Your Tour Leader will be sent a unique booking link that is only to be used by your club members. This will automatically show which package and accommodation you are allocated to. However, this unique link does not guarantee you a spot on Tour, you are still competing against other clubs on the same week for a spot.

Queue opens 5pm Oct 28th
Once you open your link, at 5pm you will be placed in a queue, which is first come, first served.

Entries open 6pm Oct 28th
At 6pm, the entries will open, and you will be let into the booking flow according to your place in the queue (you likely won’t be waiting more that 15 minutes to be entered into the booking flow, unless your week has already sold out).

​Once in the booking journey, choose to add a ticket to your basket. Only once your ticket is in your basket, do you have guaranteed 10 minutes to complete the booking flow and secure your spot on Tour 2025!

Choose if you want accommodation
You will here have the choice of whether you want to book the accommodation package (you can also choose extra nights if you want) or choose a non-accommodation package (you will have to find your own accommodation). The accommodation has been chosen by your Tour leader and will be the same for everyone in your group. You do not have to worry about rooming lists yet.

Choose your Add-ons
You will have the choice of the following Add Ons (which are only available to buy in this step, you will not be able to buy these later):

Deep Dish x Wilson Optx Beach Volleyball (Volleyball groups only)

Deep Dish Tour Ultimate Discs (Ultimate groups only)
You will need to pay for these at checkout
06
Pay your £50 deposit & you're all set!
Pay your £50 deposit to secure your spot & submit your booking information and you’re all set! You will be asked to pay the final fee by 17th of January!

If your Tour week is sold out before you’ve managed to secure your spot, you will see a Sold Out message when trying to book on, however if there are still some spaces potentially available (ie. people have tickets in their basket that they might not get), this will be communicated to you, and you may need to wait up to 30 minutes for them to become available again.
